About the "Kinky in the South Side" (KISS) Munch
The KiSS munches are resuming as in September of 2024.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, age above majority, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, physical ability, or hair type.
This is an intimate munch taking place monthly in a food hall in South Austin.
Look for a table containing Hershey's chocolate kiss themed memorabilia (e.g., Lyca the Bat, Hershey's Kiss Funko Plush.) Sometimes the munch facilitator will wear a chocolate themed t-shirt (e.g., "Life Happens, Chocolate Helps.") Occasionaly someone will actually bring Hershey's chocolate kisses.
To ensure the privacy and nonymity of our members, the location will only be announced in event postings in:
Dates
Our munches take place once a month on a Wednesday. But in order to avoid scheduling conflicts with the Austin Shrine munches (which are hosted the Wednesday before Shrine) and other events, we can't consistently schedule our munches on the same numbered Wednesday of the month (e.g., "every third Wednesday.") We'll try to be consistent as possible.
The KiSS munches for the rest of 2024 are as follows:
- Wednesday, September 18, 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Wednesday, October 16, 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Wednesday, November 20, 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
While the official munch ends at 9 PM, individuals can stay until the venue closes at 10 PM.
